Keith Alger

Vice President, Property Services

Mr. Alger is currently responsible for providing supervision of renovations and maintenance purchasing for ConAm and its clients.  His primary duties include procurement of contractors to complete various major capital improvement projects.  He interfaces closely with regional personnel in identifying and implementing short- and long-term capital improvement preventative maintenance programs.  He facilitates the training of regional maintenance directors in bidding procedures, contract preparation and field supervision.  Additional responsibilities include performing due diligence inspections for potential property acquisitions.

Prior to joining ConAm, Mr. Alger was a regional maintenance supervisor servicing Arizona, Southern California and Utah for Maxim Property Management.  His duties included overseeing all aspects of maintenance as well as the management of capitol improvements projects.  With over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Alger possesses significant knowledge of capitol improvements and facility maintenance operations.  For the past seven years, he has specialized in the project management of multifamily rehabilitations in Arizona, Washington, and Southern California. 

Mr. Alger attended Scottsdale Community College, majoring in small business administration.  He is a graduate of The Refrigeration School and is HVAC universal certified.  He is a licensed general building contractor and holds a structural pest control license from the State of Arizona.
