Ms. Granger is responsible for overseeing the firm’s nationwide marketing, advertising, public relations and associate education and development activities. In this capacity, she supervises the firm’s in-house Creative Services Department, whose team of graphic and interior designers create a variety of collateral marketing materials such as brochures, signage, print and electronic advertising in addition to providing model apartment and clubhouse merchandising solutions in support of regional leasing efforts. Her marketing responsibilities also include negotiating national advertising contracts as well as providing targeted marketing strategies for ConAm’s Development, Investment and Property Management groups. She also oversees best practices and management performance standards for the firm.
In the education arena, Ms. Granger has played an integral part in the continuing development of the ConAm ACE Academy, the firm’s unique education/training program for onsite leasing and maintenance associates. She is actively involved in the creation of the academy’s multi-track curriculum and coordinates the implementation of the program with the regional directors of marketing and education and regional system’s coordinators throughout the country.
Ms. Granger joined the ConAm team in 2004 and has nearly 20 years experience in the multifamily industry. While working as a designer she began her career as a leasing consultant part time and since then has held regional positions with Trammel Crow Residential and at Archstone-Smith where she served as the vice president of marketing and training.
Ms. Granger attended the University of Iowa where she studied interior design and housing. She has been an active participant in Apartment Associations in Phoenix, Albuquerque, San Diego and Orange County California. In 2003, she was voted one of the Top 5 Women in Business in Southern California by Multifamily magazine.
