Frazier Crawford

Executive Vice President, Property Management

Mr. Crawford is responsible for over-seeing management operations for ConAm’s nationwide apartment portfolio. In addition, he is responsible for developing and implementing management strategies for ConAm’s property management operation, interfacing continuously with Regional Vice Presidents with regard to owner relationships, property performance, operating standards and staffing.

Previously, he was the Senior Vice President of southwestern division of Lincoln Property Company.   In that capacity, Mr. Crawford had general management responsibility for more than 16,000 units in California, Arizona and New Mexico. During his career Mr. Crawford has directed the lease-up of over 25,000 units.

Mr. Crawford holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California and received his certified property manager's (CPM®) designation in 1978.  He also maintains a real estate broker’s license in Arizona.

Mr. Crawford has been a leader in the fields of education and legislation affecting the multifamily industry for more than 30 years.
